Other initiatives - WORKSHOPS

Welcome to UniCredit & Universities!

12 April 2013 - UniCredit & Universities’ activities can be classified into two major categories, support for studies and support for research. In addition, the Foundation funds other initiatives in co-operation with the main European universities.

In 2011, UniCredit & Universities organised, for the first time, in cooperation with Bocconi University of Milan, a workshop on Gender Economics.

In 2012, the Foundation organised three new workshops:
- 27-28 April at the Central European University in Budapest
- 9 November at Yapi Kredi Banking in Istanbul
- 28 November at Bocconi University

In 2013, several workshops are planned:
- 17-18 June, a workshop on Labor Economics will be held at IZA in Bonn

- 20 September, a workshop on Macro, Banking and Finance at Bicocca University of Milan.
- 7-8 October , a workshop on Macroeconomics, Financial Frictions and Asset Prices will be held at University of Pavia.

Moreover, in the fall there will be the third event on Gender Economics at Bocconi as well as the second meeting in Istanbul organised in cooperation with YapiKredi Banking Academy.
