Support for research - Best Paper Award Labor Economics

12 April, 2013 -  The second edition of the Best Paper Award Labor Economics competition is now closed.

The prizes have been awarded to two outstanding papers on “Behavioral Organizational Economics”. The two best papers, awarded with € 2,000 gross each, are:

"Paying is Believing: The Effect of Costly Information on Bayesian Updating" by Pedro Robalo and Rei Sayag

"Competitiveness in dynamic group contests: Evidence from combined field and lab data" by Yann Girard and Florian Hett

The winners will be invited to present  their paper at the Workshop on the same topic to be held at IZA, Bonn on June 17-18, 2013. Click here for details about the topics and the format of the Workshop.

Papers submitted were reviewed by a Commission (Best Paper Committee) including the organisers of the workshop and members of the UniCredit & Universities Scientific Committee.
