Support for research - Best PhD Thesis Award

Welcome to UniCredit & Universities!

The third edition of the Best PhD Thesis Award competition is now closed.

The Scientific Committee of UniCredit & Universities Foundation have selected the two outstanding doctoral dissertations in Economics or Finance.

The winners are:

- Domenico Massaro with the PhD thesis "Bounded Rationality and Heterogeneous Expectations in Macroeconomics"

- Toomas Hinnosaar with the PhD thesis "Essays in Mechanism Design"

The two best dissertations will receive € 5,000 gross each and will be published on the Working Paper series of the Foundation. 

Due to the very high quality of the works received, it was very difficult to select the winners: congratulations to you all!
