Support for research - Belgrade Young Economists Prize

18 April 2017 - It's now closed the call for papers for the Belgrade Young Economists Prize. The competition aims to reward the best paper presented by young researchers among those accepted for the fourth Belgrade Young Economists Conference. The winning paper will receive €1,500.

The winner will be awarded at the fourth Belgrade Young Economists Conference, organised in co-operation with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade. The conference will be held at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade on 10 and 11 June 2017.

The winners of the third edition are (in alphabetical order:

- Rigissa Megalokonomou, Assistant Professor at the University of Queensland, with the paper "Knowing who you are: the effect of feedback on short and long term outcomes".

- Nikola Vasiljevic,
Assistant at the University of Zurich and Swiss Finance Institute, with the paper "Option-implied intra-horizon risk and first-passage disentanglement".
