Winners - UWIN Best Paper Award - 2^ edition

Welcome to UniCredit & Universities!

The winners of the UWIN Best Paper Award, launched by UniCredit & Universities Foundation in cooperation with UWIN -UniCredit Women’s International Network, have been selected. The competition, open to all young economists and researchers from the 22 countries in which UniCredit operates, awarded prizes to the three outstanding papers on Gender Economics.

The winners are: 

- With Strings Attached: Grandparent-Provided Child care, Fertility, and Female Labor Market Outcomes by Zoe Kuehn and Eva Garcia-Moran 

- The Cost of Acting "Girly" by Marta Favara

Winners will be awarded €5,000 each, and the papers will be published in the Working Paper Series of the Foundation.

 

Congratulations to the winners and to all the participants for the high quality and originality of the papers received.
